Fredrick T. Bletson, Jr. of the BLETSON Group has a vision to reach as many males, ages 11 and older with the challenge of becoming their best selves. In 1997, his mother was murdered by his brother. He firmly believes that, while drugs were a contributing factor in his mother’s death, his brother was an angry male with little to no self worth. In 2001, after much soul searching and recovering from such a traumatic experience, he developed the Re-investing Energy towards Achieving Personal Power and Strategies Upholding Classic Character while Establishing Self worth Standards. He has facilitated workshops in Washington, Oregon and Alaska for organizations such as the Department of Corrections, Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration and Washington State Superior Court. With the use of the worldwide web, Mr. Bletson envisions introducing and offering REAP and SUCCESS 101 throughout the United States. He is excited about the opportunity to EMPAC a larger, broader audience in an effort to challenge males towards developing governing values, becoming contributors to peace in our world and standing up to say, “violence can’t live here anymore!”, in our homes, our communities and ultimately, the world.
