Meet the Founder

Fredrick T. Bletson, Jr., M.A.

With over 30 years experience working with individuals experiencing multiple barriers to life, Mr. Bletson introduces to some while reminding others of universal and spiritual truths available to encourage, motivate, and challenge them to make commitments to live their lives according to good character.

Some of his many accomplishments have included directing the Employment and Training Department for one of the oldest anti-poverty program in the Pacific Northwest, and Project Coordinator for a national vocational training and life skills development program for at- risk youth. He has designed, developed and conducted training for the Department of Corrections, Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration, the Department of Social and Health Services and other organizations such as Volunteers of America, The Urban League and United Way.

Fredrick, a change agent as well as a key giver, stands for a Spirit-led life of purpose, fulfillment and contentment while contributing to the well being of others. He has “prioritized passions” and for them only does he devote time and energy. Fredrick’s governing values are to be Spiritual, Responsible, Respectful, Committed, Faithful and demonstrate Integrity. His daily endeavor is to call forth his Essence Self, not tomorrow, not today, but TONOW!

A percentage of the company’s proceeds go to non-profit organizations that promote individual and community empowerment by providing links for effective collaboration, with a focus on faith-based training and endeavors.
